Designed to protect the rear suspension linkage from direct impacts caused by rocks, stones, logs and hard ground during Enduro and Hard Enduro riding.
The suspension linkage is positioned underneath the motorcycle and is highly exposed to impacts, scraping and direct ground contact when riding over rocks and other technical trail obstacles.
The 5 mm PE plastic construction creates a durable, low-friction protective surface underneath the linkage, helping reduce the risk of impact and abrasion damage.
Designed specifically for KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas 250/300 2-stroke models and the mounting geometry of compatible Motoes underbody protection systems.
When installed together with a compatible Motoes bash plate with pipe guard or lower skid plate, the link guard extends protection from underneath the engine toward the rear suspension linkage.

Installation Information
• Clean the compatible bash plate or lower skid plate and all mounting areas before installation.
• Install the link guard onto the designated mounting points of the compatible Motoes protection system.
• Make sure the rear suspension can move freely through its full range after installation.
• Check that the link guard does not make unwanted contact with the exhaust, frame or other moving components.
• Make sure all mounting screws are securely tightened.
• Recheck all mounting points after the first off-road ride.

The compatible bash plate and lower skid plate have different fitment ranges and mounting geometries. Compatibility should therefore not be determined only by motorcycle model and production year.

Maintenance / Cleaning
• Remove mud, stones and debris collected around the link guard after off-road riding.
• Regularly inspect the area between the linkage and the guard.
• Check mounting points after intensive off-road riding and washing.
• Inspect the PE surface for deformation, cracks or excessive wear after hard impacts.
• Remove any debris that could interfere with rear suspension movement.
• Check and retighten loose mounting points before continuing to ride.
• Do not use strong or abrasive chemicals.
