Thank you for shopping at Motoes. We appreciate your support for the products we build. We want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

By placing an order or making a purchase at Motoes, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Motoes’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Standard Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return process within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item.

 

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item is unused, unmounted, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Handmade Variance: Please note that since our products are handmade, minor technical clearances and welding variances are not considered "defects" and do not qualify for a "damaged item" return unless they prevent functional assembly.

 

3. Shipping Charges and Customs Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: For international returns, any customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees paid at the time of import are non-refundable by Motoes. Additionally, if any customs charges are incurred by Motoes during the return of the item to our facility, these costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

 

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, you must contact us first to receive a return authorization:

5. Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the packaging and the product. We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a replacement or repair.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer's policies.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee may apply for items returned without their original condition or packaging.
