We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Motoes.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
