Unless otherwise stated, Motoes Ltd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Motoes. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, or redistribute material from Motoes.

3. Shipping, Customs, and Taxes (Global Policy)

As a global provider of motorcycle parts, we operate under specific international trade terms (Incoterms) depending on the destination:

United States Orders (DDP): Orders shipped to the USA are sent via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that applicable customs duties are collected at the time of purchase, and the customer will not be charged additional taxes upon delivery.
International and EU/UK Orders (DAP): All orders to countries outside of the USA (including the European Union and the United Kingdom) are shipped under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms.
Customer Responsibility: For DAP shipments, Motoes is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the mandatory responsibility of the recipient.
A.TR Movement Certificate: Under the Turkey-EU Customs Union, an A.TR certificate may waive Customs Duty for industrial products. However, it does not exempt the buyer from VAT (Value Added Tax). Requests for specific documentation must be confirmed prior to dispatch; we cannot issue certificates retroactively.

4. Production Tolerances and Handmade Nature

Our products (Motoes brand) are entirely handmade and involve complex welding processes.

Technical Clearance: Customers acknowledge that minor clearances and production tolerances are a physical necessity.
Material Behavior: Due to the intense heating and cooling cycles during welding, the material naturally expands and contracts. Therefore, "zero-tolerance" fits are not possible, and slight variances are considered part of the product's unique handmade character and high-strength design.

5. Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal.

6. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Motoes Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature resulting from the use of the site or products, provided they are used outside of their intended technical specifications.
