Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Motoes!
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Motoes Ltd.'s Website, located at www.motoes.net. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Motoes if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Motoes, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Motoes Ltd.'s Privacy Policy.
2. License
Unless otherwise stated, Motoes Ltd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Motoes. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, or redistribute material from Motoes.
3. Shipping, Delivery Times, and Customs (Global Policy)
As a global provider of motorcycle parts, we prioritize speed and transparency in our logistics.
-
Shipping Methods: We primarily use FedEx Priority for our international shipments to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
-
Estimated Delivery Times: Under normal conditions, FedEx Priority delivery times are estimated as follows:
-
Europe: 1–3 business days.
-
USA & Canada: 2–4 business days.
-
Rest of the World: 3–7 business days.
-
Note: These are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include internal production or order processing times.
-
-
Customs and Regulatory Delays (Disclaimer): Motoes Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes, local postal service strikes, or force majeure events. While we provide all necessary documentation for a smooth transit, the duration of customs inspections is entirely outside of our control and does not constitute a ground for "Late Delivery" claims or refunds while the package is in the customs process.
-
United States Orders (DDP): Orders shipped to the USA are sent via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable customs duties are collected at the time of purchase, and the customer will not be charged additional taxes upon delivery.
-
International and EU/UK Orders (DAP): All orders to countries outside of the USA (including the EU and UK) are shipped under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms.
-
Customer Responsibility: For DAP shipments, Motoes is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the mandatory responsibility of the recipient.
-
-
A.TR Movement Certificate: Under the Turkey-EU Customs Union, an A.TR certificate may waive Customs Duty for industrial products. However, it does not exempt the buyer from VAT. Requests for specific documentation must be confirmed prior to dispatch; we cannot issue certificates retroactively.
4. Production Tolerances and Handmade Nature
Our products (Motoes brand) are entirely handmade and involve complex welding processes.
-
Technical Clearance: Customers acknowledge that minor clearances and production tolerances are a physical necessity.
-
Material Behavior: Due to the intense heating and cooling cycles during welding, the material naturally expands and contracts. Therefore, "zero-tolerance" fits are not possible, and slight variances are considered part of the product's unique handmade character and high-strength design.
5. Content Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal.
