Product Description
Specially commissioned for the Motoes brand, this modular tire mousse system is designed for 90/90-21 front tires on Enduro and Hard Enduro motorcycles. Unlike conventional one-piece inserts, it consists of four independent black mousse sections joined by interchangeable blue connecting spacers.
The standard configuration is intended for 90/90-21 front tires. Changing the number of spacers adjusts the assembled circumference for other supported tire dimensions. Fitment must still be checked against the actual tire's internal dimensions.
The front-specific mousse sections have a slimmer cross-section than the rear version, reflecting the different dimensions and demands of front-wheel applications.
Adjustable Hardness
The mousse is supplied in a Hard configuration, with approximately 100 kg rider weight used as an initial reference. Designated drilling areas on both sides of the main sections allow controlled modifications to increase flexibility and create a softer feel. Drilling permanently changes the mousse and must follow the recommended hole locations, dimensions and procedure.
Modular Construction
The segmented construction distributes loads through multiple mousse sections and connecting elements. It is intended to help limit localized deformation and wear, although actual durability depends on tire choice, terrain, use and maintenance.
Because the system supports the tire without compressed air or a conventional inner tube, it avoids inner-tube punctures and pressure loss. It is intended for demanding off-road use, including rocky trails, steep climbs and technical Enduro terrain.

Compatibility depends on tire width, profile, internal volume and construction, not just the 21-inch rim diameter. The adjustable design does not guarantee fitment with every 21-inch tire.
Installation Instructions
Confirm the tire size and the appropriate spacer arrangement.
Arrange the four mousse sections in a circular layout.
Install the blue connecting spacers according to the required configuration.
Put on the supplied gloves and apply an appropriate amount of mousse gel to the mousse and relevant inner tire contact surfaces.
Position the assembly inside the front tire and mount the tire on the rim using suitable tools.
Verify that all mousse sections and spacers are correctly seated.
If a softer feel is required, use only the designated drilling points and follow the recommended drilling procedure. Do not drill random holes. Avoid excessive gel on the tire beads or rim contact areas.

Important Notes
Size: The standard configuration is 90/90-21 front. Other sizes require verified spacer and tire compatibility.
Hardness: The approximately 100 kg reference is not a fixed rider weight limit. Feel varies with tire construction, rider and equipment weight, terrain and conditions.
Permanent modification: Drilling cannot be reversed. Use only the designated areas and recommended dimensions.
Front versus rear: The front version has slimmer mousse sections. The thicker rear version is a separate product; they are not interchangeable.
Lubrication: Use mousse-compatible gel during installation and maintenance. Insufficient lubrication can increase friction, heat and premature wear.
Maintenance & Care
Inspect lubrication periodically, especially after intensive riding.
Check mousse sections for cracks, compression, deformation or excessive wear during tire changes.
Inspect blue spacers for damage or permanent changes in shape.
Reapply suitable mousse gel as needed.
