KTM / WP 48mm Front Fork Guide Bushing Set
The R14047T Guide Bushing Set is a genuine replacement bushing kit designed for selected 48 mm WP front forks used on KTM motorcycles.
Fork guide bushings support the sliding movement between the inner and outer fork tubes. Worn bushings can increase friction, create excessive play and negatively affect suspension performance.
Replacing worn fork bushings helps restore smooth fork movement, proper alignment and consistent suspension response.
R14047T is the updated replacement part for the previous R14047 guide bushing set.

When Should Fork Bushings Be Replaced?
Fork guide bushings should be inspected during suspension servicing, particularly if you notice:
Excessive play between the inner and outer fork tubes
Rough or sticky fork movement
Increased suspension friction
Abnormal wear on fork tubes
Frequent fork seal leakage
Reduced suspension sensitivity
Unstable or inconsistent front suspension response
Worn bushings can also cause premature wear of the fork seals and fork tubes.
