Improve fuel transfer and make better use of the available fuel inside the original tank with this Fuel Tank Extension & Transfer Kit.
On compatible motorcycles, fuel can remain trapped or difficult to transfer from one side of the tank during riding.
This kit adds an extended fuel transfer line designed to improve fuel flow and help utilize fuel remaining in the left side of the tank.
The system incorporates fuel-resistant hoses, metal components, filtration and internal fuel-control components designed for demanding enduro and off-road conditions.

How Does the Fuel Transfer Kit Work?
The extended fuel line helps improve fuel movement between different areas of the fuel tank.
This helps reduce the amount of fuel that can remain unused in the left side of the tank and supports more consistent fuel delivery to the fuel pump.
The internal anti-slosh foam also helps reduce excessive fuel movement during:
- Hard acceleration
- Heavy braking
- Cornering
- Hill climbs
- Technical terrain
- Aggressive off-road riding
Reusable Fuel Filter
The kit includes a stainless steel fuel filter designed to help capture dirt and contaminants before they enter the fuel system.
The filter is washable and reusable, helping provide long-term protection for:
- Fuel pump
- Injectors
- Fuel lines
- Engine fuel system components
First Installation Important Note
After the kit is installed for the first time, the extended fuel lines will contain air.
For the first use:
- Fill the fuel tank completely
- Allow fuel pressure to push trapped air from the transfer system
- Make sure fuel flows correctly through the extended lines
After the system has been properly filled and primed, it is not necessary to completely fill the tank every time unless the fuel system has been emptied.
Installation Note
Correct installation is important for proper fuel transfer.
Before riding:
- Check all hose connections
- Make sure the transfer fitting is installed in the correct direction
- Check carefully for fuel leaks
- Make sure hoses are not kinked or pinched
- Confirm that the fuel pump receives fuel correctly
Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with motorcycle fuel systems.

This kit is designed for motorcycles using the original fuel tank.
Compatibility with aftermarket or oversized fuel tanks cannot be guaranteed.
